This addendum applies to HVAC commissioning for substantial and moderate rehabilitation projects meeting criterion 5.2b.
Regardless of whether HVAC systems of a building are new or existing, requirements under "Test HVAC performance," are applicable to all HVAC systems that are included in the project scope and will be used post-retrofit.
