The Florida Community Loan Fund, the Florida Green Building Coalition and Enterprise have joined forces to invest more than $2.7 million to help build or renovate at least 200 homes in Florida that promote health, conserve energy and natural resources, and provide easy access to jobs, schools and services.
Minnesota Green CommunitiesThe Family Housing Fund, the Greater Minnesota Housing, and Enterprise joined forces to make all affordable housing in Minnesota green by 2010.
New York Green Communities
Enterprise has created more than 4,000 green affordable homes in New York since 2004 and is working to green all affordable housing across the state by expanding the availability of financial and technical resources, promoting a policy environment that encourages green building, and strengthening capacity for sustainable construction and operation within New York’s affordable housing community.
Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH), Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA), the Ohio Department of Development’s Office of Energy Efficiency, Enterprise, and the National City Community Development Corporation have joined forces to provide financial incentives to build green homes in Ohio.
San Francisco Green CommunitiesThe Mayor's Office of Housing (MOH), the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) and Enterprise have joined forces to invest at least $100 million worth of incentives in six projects that will result in almost 600 new homes in San Francisco that promote health, conserve energy and natural resources, and provide easy access to jobs, schools and services.
